Shipping and dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Everything ships tracked from New South Wales.
Dispatch
Same business day before 2pm AEST, next business day after. No dispatch on weekends or NSW public holidays.
Carrier and tracking
Australia Post, tracked. The tracking number is emailed when the parcel is lodged, not when the label is created, so the number is live the moment you receive it.
Packaging
Lyophilised material ships in insulated packaging with a phase-change pack. Vials are packed to be shipped as supplied and remain within the storage condition printed on the certificate for the duration of transit.
If a parcel is delayed
Contact us with the order reference and we will open a carrier enquiry. A parcel that cannot be located is replaced or refunded — that decision is ours, not the carrier's.
